    1. On, to, towards or over to one side.
    2. Away from everyone else.
      Example: took him aside to give him the bad news

    4. Out of mind, consideration, etc, especially temporarily.
      Example: tried to put his worries aside

    1. Words said by a character in a play which the audience can hear, but which the other characters cannot.
    2. A remark that is not related to the main subject of a conversation.
Idiom: aside from something
    Apart from or not including it.
      Example: Aside from the weather, we had a wonderful time
      Thesaurus: besides, leaving out, excluding, except for, save.

    To keep it for some special time or purpose.
      Example: put money aside for their holidays
