A series of joint committees formed to deal with aspects of common economic interest to various groups of countries since the 1960s, the Five consisting of the US, Japan, West Germany, the UK and France, the Seven being these plus Italy and Canada, and the Ten being the main industrial members of the International Monetary Fund.
