      An endangered species of wild cattle, native to the forests of SE Asia, with a large blackish-brown body, white legs, and cylindrical horns. It is believed to be closely related to the ancestors of modern domestic cattle.
Etymology: 1940s: Cambodian native name, from Pali go cow + Khmer brai forest.
