bias
noun biases
    1. An inclination to favour or disfavour one side against another in a dispute, competition, etc; a prejudice.
      Thesaurus: unfairness, prejudice, favouritism, one-sidedness; Antonym: impartiality.
    2. A tendency or principal quality in a person's character.
      Example: has a bias towards analytical work
